    RendezVous presents a PGA themed Prix-Fixe from
    September 18th-20th for the
    Play Through the Mountains event!

    Hole-in-One Appetizer:
    Pan-seared U-10 scallop over roasted
    parsnip and white truffle foam

    Lamb on the Green Entrée:
    Herb-crusted lamp chops over sweet pea and mint purée,
    vegetable batons, and potatoes; finished with a red wine reduction

    Sweet Boules Dessert:
    Almond crusted goat cheese and mascarpone boules
    with a sweet apple compote
    and local honey drizzle
